Pouch laminators come in a lot of different sizes and the smallest ones available have feed openings that measure about 4.5 or 9.5 inches. These machines are good for protecting preserving smaller items, from business cards to letter sized documents. Here are five great smaller pouch laminators you should take a look at....

1) The Fellowes EXL 45 2. The EXL 45 2 is Fellowes smallest laminator, but it s still a high quality item. This is the perfect machine for laminating I.D. badges, bookmarks, and other small items. It has a 4.5 inch feed opening and it can laminate on both hot and cold settings. (There are two hot settings and one cold.) The EXL 45 2 can accept laminating pouches that are up to 5 mil thick. This machine heats up in just 5 minutes and it can laminate your document in a mere 30 seconds. If you forget to turn it off after use, the EXL 45 2 will shut down on its own to reduce the risk of fire and prevent the motor from overheating. This product is covered by a two year warranty.

2) The GBC HeatSeal H110. This is another little laminator that s good for processing those smaller documents. Like the EXL 45 2, this machine has a 4.5 inch feed opening and accepts pouches up to 5 mil thick. It has both hot and cold settings, as well as a 6 minute warm up time. The H110 is extremely easy to operate. All you need to do is let it warm up and then feed a document into it, so it d be a good choice if you re new to laminating. You don t need to fiddle with the settings to get a high quality result, which is always a good feature to have.

3) The Tamerica LP 120. If you want a laminator with all metal construction, this machine is the one to get. This is an extremely durable machine that will last for years. It has a maximum laminating width of 4.7 and it work wells with pouches measuring up to 10 mil thick. It also has variable temperature settings so you have total control over the laminating process. It comes with a 90 day warranty.

4) The Fellowes Mars ML 95. This Fellowes laminator has a 9.5 inch feed opening so you ll be able to laminate documents that are up to 9 inches wide, such as those printed on letter or legal sized paper. This device can handle pouches with a maximum thickness of 3 mil and it will warm up in about 8 minutes. It has two rollers so all of your documents will look perfect and not have any wrinkles or bubbles. The ML 95 can process 11 of material per minute so you ll be able to laminate your items quickly.

5) The GBC HeatSeal H212. Finally, we have the H212, a laminator with a 9.5 inch throat. This device is compatible with 3 and 5 mil pouches, and it has a rotary temperature control so you can get the results you want.
