When writing, you can only write so much material whether it be for your blog or web page, without repeating your self, coming to the place where you have writer’s block or simply running out of time. When developing a web page, you could use a template or work for several days to make an acceptable web page or you could pay a professional who could prepare an attention grabbing web page in much less time.
Just as it makes sense for an executive to pay a mechanic to repair his automobile rather than use his own valuable time to make a possible inadequate repair, so it also makes sense that you would use your time doing those things at which you excel. Learn to delegate. Yes, they may not do things exactly as you would have done them, however in some cases you may eventually like the finished product more than if you had done it yourself.
A second key to maximizing your income is residual income. Residual income is earnings from Internet advertisement on your websites. Residual income is the closest to free income that you may ever find. Simply by allowing others to advertise on your websites, you get paid. Every time someone visits your website and clicks on a link to the advertiser’s site, you reap the rewards. Perhaps you have a website about your sideline work as a wedding officiant. On that page you allow a formal wear rental shop to advertise. Everytime someone points and clicks to the formal wear shop, you get paid.
What was the cost to you? Nothing, other than posting the link on your website. (And if you have paid attention to the previous paragraph, you had your professional web designer include the link when he designed your web page.)
