Stress is the common problem of every squeezed face these days. All of us suffer with it, but the degree varies from person to person, age to age and area to area. Our daily schedule some times become more than monotonous and everything around us seems like putting a mental torture on us. But on the other hand a change in your routine, a new place may give you a good amount of mental refreshment. Stress is our mental or physical response to any of the incidents taking place around us, which disturbs our peace & harmony & has a great impact in our lives.

Stress can obviously cause us many harms like imbalanced metabolism, ups and downs of blood pressure, heart rate, headache etc. But does it really increases our weight, is a matter of question. Yes, if you look at the people around you then you may find that depressions and tensions has caused to them severe weight loss, but if stress leads to overeating or stimulates your food cravings then you gain weight because of the extra calories.

Therefore, the finest solution in this case also is to eat a good, healthy and balanced food. There are really some foods available around that act as your stress busters and provide you long relief. They will not only fight with your stress, but also will give you beauty and slim body.

Like salmon, oranges, grapes, cornflakes, oatmeal, avocados, skimmed milk and stuffs like that. These have the capacity to makeover for imbalanced hormones.

Fruits can be great at relieving stress:

Fruits like oranges, sweet lemons or limes have ample amount of Vitamin C, which is fantastically good for relieving stress. One can also consume them in the form of juice. Stuffs like oatmeal and cornflakes are always good for our health, they act as a strong antigen against stress and give us back our strength and charm. Fish is one another delicacy, which has a lot of omega, which keeps fighting against stress and gives us a healthy life.
Some proven and practical methods for coping up with stress and maintaining a healthy body include exercises, when you feel like end of all, you should do a lot of exercise or simply do deep breathing, from deep within the diaphragm that will calm down your anxiety along with detoxification.

Our mind is the fastest devil that has both good & bad thoughts, but the negativities are always greater than the positive ones. You should think of all the positive aspects of your life, help someone in trouble, change your way of thinking and acting and your stress will go its way.

Stuffs like cigarettes, caffeine act as stimulants that directly affect your central nervous system, they may make you happy for a while but the later results will be rage and sleeplessness, so, reduce them. Relaxation techniques are the best to deal with stress, do yoga in the open air or play concentration games. They will keep your mind cool, calm and focused. On a whole, stress is indisputably damaging & harmful to our health and life but we should be able to manage it our ways.
