They are:

Soluble in water: The C and B complex vitamins are not stored in our body organs and usually pass through your body very quickly, as urine, therefore it is important to have regular daily intake of these vitamins.
Fat soluble vitamin D, A, K and E remain in the body, because they are stored in the liver. All these components of vitamin helps repair damaged joints effectively.
