If you re looking for a booklet maker, the Martin Yale BM101 is definitely worth a look. This is a booklet maker that s easy to use and affordable, even for companies that are on tight budgets. Keep reading to find out more about the Martin Yale BM101 so you can find out if it d be the right booklet maker for your booklet making needs.

The Martin Yale BM101 booklet maker is a machine that s ideal for businesses that need a machine that s both affordable and has a lot of special features. The machine retails for less than $700.00, making it one of the most affordable booklet makers you can buy. The BM101 can produce booklets that are up to 40 pages long and are made of 10 sheets of 20 lb. paper. You can create booklets that are half letter size (5.5 x 8.5 ), as well as letter sized. This product has two staplers that allow for four stapling positions so you can create differently sized booklets whenever you use the machine. The machine uses standard staples, but make sure you buy the best staples you can afford. (More on that in a minute.)

One of the best things about the BM101 is how easy it is to use. The machine can be set up in minutes and it s portable (it only weighs 39 pounds), so you can make booklets just about anywhere. This booklet maker has a chart to help you determine the staplers positions, and the self centering stops ensure you ll always have your paper in the right place when making your booklets. After your booklet is stapled, all you need to do is use the folding mechanism to fold and finish off your booklet. Even if you ve never used a booklet maker before, you ll be a pro at it in no time with the BM101.

The BM101 booklet maker does have a couple of limitations. Although the machine can supposedly work with ten sheets of paper, you ll probably have an easier time using the machine if you use a little less than 10, especially if you ll be using a heavier stock for your booklet s cover. Granted, this means your booklets will be shorter, but you ll also reduce the likelihood of paper jams. Also, the machine s staplers are small and manual, so unless you use high quality staples, you may experience some problems. If you use the BM101 for a lot of high volume booklet making, you may eventually find you need to replace the staplers, so this isn t the best machine if you plan on frequently cranking out a lot of booklets. Finally, the BM101 lacks electric stapling heads. If this is a feature you need, you should choose a different booklet maker.

Despite the Martin Yale BM101 s drawbacks, this is really a good machine, especially if you re going to be using it to make a moderate amount of booklets. It s great that the machine is user friendly and the price can t be beat. If you need a booklet maker, you should definitely consider purchasing the Martin Yale BM101 today.
