3. Dahle s 20814 ramps the power back up to 2 HP, and the result is a sheets per minute ratio that is about double that of the 20813. The chip sizes the 20814 produces are the same as its little brother, and is also rated at security Level 3.
4. The Dahle 20822 EC give you a Level 4 security meaning that the chips it produces are 1/12 by 9/16 in size. The 2HP motor gives you the same power as the 20814, and even though it produces shreds that are much smaller in size, the 20822EC still gives you the ability to shred as many as 15 sheets at a time, working at a clip of 50 feet of paper per minute.
5. The 30430 is Dahle s entry into the world of Level 5 shredding, and as such, is a great choice for those who need to destroy highly confidential information on a regular basis. Unlike all the other machines on this list, the 30430 has only a 12 inch feed opening which limits its productivity just a little bit when compared to its line mates. Still offering 9 sheet capacity and working at a clip of 20 feet per minute, the 30430 is a great choice if you security needs trump those of sheer productivity.
6. Dahle s 20831EC is the company s highest capacity Level 5 security shredder. Like its little brother the 30430, it produces shreds that are a remarkable 1/32 by 7/16 in size, but the 20831EC has the wider 16 inch feed opening, and its 2 HP motor gives it a higher capacity of 15 sheets at a time.
