Although binding styles such as Unibind and twin loop wire binding are often some of the more popular ways of showing off your documents, good old fashioned three ring binders can also be a totally legitimate way of presenting your work. This is especially true if you use the right kind of binder. Some of the best ones available are premium grade clear view presentation binders. These supplies have clear overlays that allow you to customize the front and back covers of the book, as well as the spine. Each book has interior vinyl pockets in which you can store extra papers, and the front and back boards are made of high quality, rigid chipboard for durability. This article will tell you all you need to know about these supplies so you can determine if they would be the right way to store your work, as well as present it to your boss, colleagues, and/or clients.

1.) Round ring style binders. One thing to consider when buying clear view binders is the type of ring you want. The size and shape of the ring can dictate how many pages the binder can store, so it s a pretty important consideration. There are two ring styles available, the first being round ring, which is a very common style. Round ring units have a lower sheet capacity than their D ring counterparts. Here are the sizes they come in, along with the corresponding sheet capacity:

1/2 = Approximately 100 Sheets

1 = Approximately 175 Sheets

1 1/2 = Approximately 280 Sheets

2 = Approximately 375 Sheets

3 = Approximately 480 Sheets

Also, these rings come in both black and white to make your presentation a bit more visually interesting. Round ring books are great for everyday use and they ll look terrific thanks to your own customized covers and the book s suede like exterior.

2.) D ring style binders. These products tend to be higher quality than the round ring models because the chipboard is sturdier and the vinyl used on the covers and spine is non stick and heavy duty. These supplies all include interior storage pockets, as well as sheet lifters which will keep your document centered when the book is closed, preventing any rips or tears from happening. Also, D ring units can hold up to 37 more paper than a round ring one. Here are the available sizes and sheet capacities:

1 = Approximately 200 Sheets

1 1/2 = Approximately 300 Sheets

2 = Approximately 400 Sheets

3 = Approximately 500 Sheets

4 = Approximately 600 Sheets

5 = Approximately 700 Sheets

Due to the large capacity of these books, they are ideal for company reports, financial documents, and any other work that needs to be read and looked back on often. These items are also strong enough to be re used again and again.

All of these great supplies are available in boxes of 12 and they re reasonably priced so you can get some for your office without spending a fortune. Since binders are easy to use, inexpensive, offer a lot of storage capacity, and can be customized according to your needs, why not order some today? They ll make it easy to both store and present your important documents so you can stay organized and be ready to impress the right people when the time comes.
