Fellowes is one of the best manufacturers of office machines and supplies in the country. In addition to their laminators and paper shredders, the company makes some terrific thermal and plastic comb binding machines. Here s a brief look at some of the binding machines they manufacture. Check them out.

1. Comb binders. Comb binding is a very popular binding method because it s fast, easy, and won t cost you an arm and a leg. Fellowes has several comb binders, such as:

* The Star. This is a manual device that s good for smaller offices. It can bind documents that contain up to 150 pages using 3/4 combs. You can load your pages vertically for accurate punching. There s a storage tray for your supplies and a spine selector so you can choose the right comb for your book.

* The Galaxy. This machine is definitely a step up from the Star. Your books can contain as many as 500 pages and the pages will always be accurately punched thanks to a vertical punching mechanism. The Galaxy comes with a removable binding apparatus so one person can punch and another can bind, which can help you be more productive. This machine comes with a starter pack so you ll have supplies on hand to get you started.

* The Quasar E. This is Fellowes top of the line comb binder. It has a vertical, electric punching mechanism to speed up your work. It will punch 20 sheets in the blink of an eye and can bind 500 page documents. It has a storage tray for your combs, a comb selector, and an adjustable rotary edge guide so your documents will be punched and bound accurately every time. This machine is ideal for heavy use in busy offices.

2. Thermal binders. Thermal binding is a quick and easy way to make your documents look like professionally bound books. Here are some of the thermal binders Fellowes manufactures...

* The TB250. This is the company s smallest thermal binder. It can bind documents that are up to 300 pages in only 30 seconds. The machine only takes 3 minutes to warm up. When it s ready, just drop your document into the device and your book will be ready in a flash. The TB250 will beep at you when it s done. If you forget to turn it off, don t worry, because it will shut off automatically.

* The Helios 30 and 60. These are new products and they re really incredible. They re very sleek looking and will warm up in only 4 minutes and can bind books containing between 300 and 600 pages. The binding cycle last between 1 and 3 minutes depending on how many sheets you re working with. Also, these devices fold up flat for easy storage and have a HeatShield feature that keeps heat in the machine so you won t get burned.

After reading this article, it should be clear that Fellowes makes some great document finishing products. If you need a binder for your office, consider getting a Fellowes machine today!
