Black & Veatch Corporation is the chief global engineering, consulting and construction company with the objective of Building a World of Difference. It was ranked as number one in 2006 and 2007, with revenues of $320.0 million. The company offers a wide variety of services pertaining to:

Veco Alaska, Inc. – In September of 2007, CH2M Hill obtained Veco. The company plays an integral role in energy and industrial business and their mission “The team that delivers”. The company was ranked as No. 2 with $140.0 revenue but not listed in 2006.

Washington Group International – Ranked as number 3 last 2007 with income of $80.0 million. The company was established in Boise, Idaho focusing on infrastructure, mining, industrial, energy, and power. In November 2007, it was acquired by URS Corporation.

POWER Engineers, Inc. – No. 5 in 2006 and up by one in year 2007 with net income of $79.6 million. It was started in 1976. Their vision, “We strive to be our clients’ first choice”.
